Naomi Nájera Aponte

Hi! My name is Naomi Nájera. I am a 7th semester B.S. in Mechatronics Engineering student at Tec de Monterrey. I have been actively involved in the FrED Factory project as a Co-PM of the PLC Networking Area and Community Manager, I worked on building a Learning Factory at Tec with industrial and collaborative robots. My research focuses on connecting manufacturing, education, and collaboration. I am passionate about creating projects that integrate hands-on learning, innovative manufacturing systems, and global collaboration. Beyond my technical interests, I enjoy exploring how educational models like Learning Factories can transform the way students engage with engineering.
